Return policy

• Quality Assurance: We take great pride in the durability of our playground equipment. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our strict quality standards.
• Defective Items Only: Returns are strictly accepted for items received in a defective or damaged condition. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
• 7-Day Notification Window: If your product is faulty upon arrival, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photos and a description of the defect.
• Return Shipping: Once a return is approved, the client is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of the return courier. Items must be securely packaged to prevent transit damage.
• Eligibility: Requests submitted after the 7-day window, or items that do not meet the defective criteria, will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
